Kris Travis
- Kris Travis has called Gunnison home since 1989 when she moved to attend Western State College. After falling in love with the Gunnison Valley and its surrounding mountain towns, she decided to stay, get married, and raise her two children in the area.
- With a broker's license and a background in real estate, Kris transitioned into managing storage units over 16 years ago, where she’s found great fulfillment in helping the community during times of transition.
- When not managing the facilities, Kris can be found hiking, cross-country skiing, and spending time with her family.

Michael Fishman
- Michael is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for building impactful businesses. While studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he launched his first business, Pure Cycles, a bicycle manufacturing company. He later launched a series of gyms before moving into the real estate industry.
- Michael is an avid triathlete. He recently relocated to Carbondale, CO, with his wife and two kids in pursuit of a simpler, nature-focused lifestyle.

Jimmy Bedoya
- Jimmy helps keep everything running smoothly, from marketing to day-to-day admin tasks. He’s great at organizing workflows, managing schedules, and keeping the team on track. With a background in sales and coordination, he’s also skilled in website visibility, lead generation, and digital marketing—especially SEO and SEM.
- Outside of work, he enjoys playing football and tennis.
